Custom Design

Custom designs are a rarity with other companies.   We’ve been creating custom designed websites for the past 5 years for nearly 100 clients, each done to their specifications.  With your input and our designers, we will develop a custom-designed website, tailored to deliver on all your expectations.  We incorporate your ideas with functionality and ease-of-use standards to establish the content, a color palette, images, navigation and layout options that best suit your communication objectives.

There are three primary areas of focus to consider when creating a user experience that exceeds expectations: information architecture, design, and content. These elements must work closely together to engage the senses, pull the user into the website, and provide an engaging experience.

Project Definition
IDS places an emphasis on the importance of understanding different types of visitors and audiences for your website. There are many different types of visitors each with their own unique goals.  User mapping aspects define the different groups of visitors and maps out their navigation path.

Understanding the different groups builds and delivers a user-centric design. Often times designers forget their target audience i.e. ultimately who they are designing for, which becomes the cause of messy and non-attractive websites.

Site Structure
Websites grow with time and often do not follow the original taxonomy structure or obtain new content without consideration of the original layout. End result is an unorganized website that is difficult for visitors to quickly reach the content they are looking for.

We provide a graphical illustration of the proposed site structure with wireframes and site diagrams, as it helps to provide a visual context of the recommendation. The diagram provides an easy modification of the layout and brand elements. This step solely focuses on the layout and organization of the content, excluding any ascetics/graphical elements.

Visual Design
After the site layout and taxonomy have been approved, a rough draft mock up is created to see how the overall site will look like with existing brand elements. Layout of the site and colors are modified to best maximize the current brand elements, such as logos, color schema, watermarks, etc.

The final part of the Visual Design Phase is to create full design mockups that allow the client to not only see their requirements in a full design but also to compare various options.  In collaboration with the client, we will implement multiple revisions to the mockup to help support the selection of the final design.

Development
IDS converts the finalized design mockup to associated web-based technologies. Our designers and developers take complete care while developing the website to make sure that the designs and functioning are error free. The quality assurance cell will further assure the quality of work done.

We have worked with IDS for over 3 years now, getting almost all of their services including my website, their search engine ranking, local listings, mobile websites and now we have just started a Facebook campaign. I have always been very impressed with their results on their claims, their follow up and best of all, their open approach to direct communication. I rely on them to provide me what I need to be successful online and they never fail to meet this goal. They guaranteed two keywords on page one, but got 32 keywords on page one! I have often stopped by their office and I am always greeted with warm hospitality from the staff. They are always happy to walk me through what they have been doing. Andy and the team are friendly, highly experienced and get the work done. - S & G Cleaning Services
IDS has been there to support my business throughout the years. My business requires frequent updates and strong marketing as the day camp approaches and the whole team has worked with me to continue to grow my business. They have a strong knowledge and  great consulting skills to help continue to grow my website. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help getting found online, they got over 1,000 of my keywords on page 1 over the various different search engines, which I really didn't think could be done! They went far beyond my expectations  -- Barry Wasserman, Eagle River Day Camp
Chocolate Lovers’ Club would like to thank you for all your help! You’re all very knowledgeable of what you do, and are always there to answer any questions we may have. The mobile site you made for us looks wonderful! We couldn’t have picked a better company to help us with everything we needed! -- Chocolate Lover's Club
Dora and her firm (IDS) designed the website for our statewide association (www.njava.org) and I must say that I was extremely impressed with how she and her team were able to take my simple idea and make it look so professional. They were efficient, timely, and most importantly easy to work with for someone that had very little web design experience and couldn't really tell them what I wanted. I would recommend Dora to anyone, big company or small non-profit, who is looking for a great firm to handle your web design needs.I will certainly be going back to her in the future -- Mike Ferguson
